TV journal: game of thrones season 7

have to say it's a great feeling to be enjoying the popular and epic Game of Thrones with the masses. the viewer communities both physical and virtual are absolutely fantastic. The fact that it requires a hacking intruding to get the new episode spoilers itself (recent news) is a testament to the producer's hold on secrecy.

Each monday when the show is now for the next 2 seasons is gonna be such an event no other mondays will be the same.

Have to say for episode 3 i'm supremely disgusted at Tyrion's shitty strategic planning skills and surprising lack of understanding of his brother and sister's military minds. How can you be totally blindsided this completely can only possibly be explained by his self-confessed sex and alcohol filled youth. Cercei and Jamie really did get their father's true wisdom it would appear.

so Tyrell, Dorne, and Yara's Ironborn army are all already forsaken. The season is barely warming up! fucking hell. at this rate Theon and Gendry will be the only people left for a sword duel at season's finale. obviously genry is gonna cut more limb off Theon in that scenario from the dickless man.

it's interesting to debate the show runner's view towards the righteous and logical Dany. Her fate will likely ultimately determine the mood of this show to me. If they kill off the blonde bombshell with great hair it's like killing off wonder woman without the dragons for most male, in this already male dominated show save for Cercei. without the exotic Targarean plot it will just be bunch of anglo saxons hacking it out for buckingham palace, a very brexit kind of world view.

so i can see that the producers are trimming off the imbalance and making the fight more fair and they are making it a good entertaining journal to get there.
