Dpc blurb summary

Dpc experience is quite a full on and rewarding one i would say during
my brief twenty days on loan over at the annexe, I experience epic
project design delay, effective project manager, cool sexy team
leader, wicked awesome tech lead duuuude, a dude with the same surname
as mine who is taller than me(doesn't happen quite often) , a lovely
girl called harmony, a 24 year old mac guy who just got married and
apprently some shit happened during his home wedding, a fully sick
public debacle caused by clueless dcision makers, tax payer money
wasting Anna Bligh masterchef updates, anonymous attack on pm websites
and the warning youtubing viewing of the stephen hawking address, f111
fly over rooftop viewing on my last day, watched half an episode of it
crowd, a Friday beer GLEE session with the gang, went to the kimchi
club lunch, Saw pony tail and flabby belly live reporting from teched,
saw Anna Bligh the real person, and potential colleagues on swine flu.
Yep, I call THAT an awesome time.

On a profssional level, I picked up skills on asp.net 2.0 vb.net
coding, learned that codesmith kicks ass, got to know and use firebug
for layout and css, and cross site scripting and SQL injection are
nasty.

Still I miss being back doing c# and other stuff and enjoy my rdo. It
just ain't the same life without rdos. All the while taking back a
refreshed attiitude towards colleagues and broader view of my industry
and government in general. I'll definitely chat more and be less shy
now, and I really miss offices where lights are kept ON!
