QH retrospective

Now that the QH experience is likely to grind to a screeching halt due to prioritisation and funding cut, it's fitting time for a bit of retrospective. 

Good experience overall get exposed to new things and better governance. The red tape side of things certainly isn't ideal, but large gov organisations are probably seldomly differ in this category. Every team is silo'ed due to their management structure and lack of collaboration tools. 

People are genuinely of high quality in QH despite being the red tape galore that it is.
