Watched the current war about Edison/Westinghouse/Tesla/JP Morgan.

The war of AC DC is interesting piece of history is fascinating, the period of last 19th  century is such evolution times and no better captured by the sudden onslaught of light in a wheat field in the mist. the enlightening is so viceral and literal it break through the thick momentum of time and history like a lightening zap. The portrayal of all characters plus Edison's wife are vivid and highly authentic.

Watched the McDonald’s movie on China southern business class. Great film, “the land” twist is great, didn’t know prior to McD there are these drive-through that take forever to cook and often gets the wrong thing. So the McDonald’s brothers got paid 2.7 M but no 1% royalty, should have insisted on that.
Perseverance appears to be a key to the Illinois guy’s success. Also to find franchisee owners that are hungry and meticulous instead of retired country club type. To have fire in their belly is what is used. Probably described Croc himself. The fact McD is the largest landowner in America, more than the church, is fascinating.
