Tv journal: afterlife season 1

Quite a sweet little British drama by the foul mouth Ricky Gervais. I mean I won’t know about it if not for the infamous golden globe sensation innit? He sort of plays himself i felt, over the first season it’s a gradual and delicately written transition for a suicidal man to thaw again for life and discover the joy of living again this time without his beloved Lisa being his beacon of joy. Albeit slow at start, it is tastefully and truthfully done.
